First things first, you fill out our initial enquiry form on our webite. We receive your enquiry and do a little happy dance! We will then respond with our availability and you book in for an discovery call.

We get to know each other and have a chat
Our first discovery call is where we learn about your story
We can discuss everything that gets you excited about your wedding day, and keep that excitement at the heart of what we plan. Once we finish on the call, I can get to work on your bespoke floral design proposal. Once you receive that back, we can work together until you're happy and then an initial deposit is paid to secure your date with me.

The planning is set in motion - relax
We’ll work on the details, timelines, coordinate each petal.
Things might go a little quiet after that, but don't worry- there's lots going on behind the scenes! We will get back in touch nearer the time with your floral design guide - a personalised document containing a breakdown of your floral designs, mood boards, flower colour palettes, digital designs, and running orders. We will then have another call to go through this document together an make any final amendments ahead of the big day.

The big day arrives & we can celebrate together
The day is finally here, and we’ll be there making your floral dreams a reality
We will be there early, hand-delivering your personal flowers, setting up your ceremony flowers, waiting in the wings whilst your ceremony happens, then returning to thoughtfully repurpose ceremony flowers for your reception. We even return the following day to clear down, saving what flowers we can for you to take and composting the rest. You can relax and enjoy celebrating with your loved ones.

Getting Ready
We deliver your personal flowers to the location where you are getting ready, and give you a demo on how to wear or hold them.
9am
Venue
We arrive at the venue and begin the set up- starting with the ceremony space!
1pm
Guests arrive
We will have everything ready for an hour before your ceremony is due to start, ahead of guests arriving.
2pm
Ceremony
We will have everything moved and ready before your guests are seated
We will wait in the wings until your ceremony has ended.
2.30pm
Ceremony ends
3pm
Cocktail Hour
As you are enjoying drinks with your friends and family, we will thoughfully repurpose the florals for the reception.

Clear down
We will arrive early the next day to clear everything down, carefully hand-tying any flowers we can save for you to take and sorting and disposing of the rest.
