After the event when we come to take down the wedding, I encourage you to take your flowers to create arrangements at home, dry them, give them away to guests or donate them. I am happy to loosely bunch up all that is fresh for you to take and reuse as you wish.

Any waste created through your wedding is sorted in to recyclable and general waste, then green waste for composting.

I am also partners with the One Tree Planted reforestation project. One Tree Planted are an environmental charity who work to restore forests after fires and floods, create jobs, build communities, and protect habitat for biodiversity. For every couple that books with us, once I receive your deposit we will plant 2 trees in your name. (You can find out more if you'd like to at onetreeplanted.org )

I am continually looking for ways to improve Bureau Botany's sustainability and limit our impact on the environment.

All my designs are completely floral foam free, and are created using sustainable mechanics. I use the least amount of single use plastics possible.

Bouquets are wrapped in materials that are completely recyclable or biodegradable, including the wrap.

Seasonality is important to ,me, and when you book with me I will always advise you on what is in season for your wedding.

During the British flower season from April to October, I try to incorporate British-grown flowers in to my work wherever possible and work closely with trusted local growers. Out of season it is still possible to incorporate British grown dried flowers, and some British grown foliage.

We were so happy with the vision Bethan helped create for our wedding day. She was absolutely amazing, and listened to everything we wanted and I couldn’t believe how stunning our flowers were - we got so many compliments.
